Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase of and participation in the Ignite Your Job Search program (the "Program") offered by PATH EVOLUTION NETWORK LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By enrolling in the Program, you ("you," "Client," or "Participant") agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not purchase or participate in the Program.

1. Program Description

The Program is an 8-week live cohort that may include:

• Access to modules and lessons (pre-recorded and/or live)
• Live calls such as Q&A, coaching, or workshops (schedule to be provided)
• Access to a private community space (e.g., Facebook or similar) for Participants

The exact content, format, and schedule may be adjusted by us at any time to improve the Program.

2. Eligibility

The Program is intended for adults who are at least 18 years old. By enrolling, you represent that you are legally able to enter into this agreement.

3. Payment, Pricing, and Taxes

3.1 Price

• The current base price of the Program is $1,111 USD for pay-in-full, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
• If a payment plan or alternative arrangement is offered to you in writing, that arrangement becomes part of these Terms for you personally.

We reserve the right to change pricing for future cohorts or enrollments at any time. Price changes do not apply retroactively to purchases already completed.

3.2 Payment

• Payment is processed via Stripe or another third-party payment processor.
• By submitting your payment information, you authorize us and our processor to charge your selected payment method for the full amount due (and, if applicable, any agreed recurring or installment payments).

3.3 Failed Payments

If any payment fails or is reversed:

• Your access to the Program and related materials may be suspended or revoked until payment is successfully completed.
• You remain responsible for any amounts that remain due.

You are responsible for any taxes, bank fees, or currency conversion fees that may apply.

4. Refunds and Cancellation

4.1 Standard Refund Policy

Because this is a live, limited-spot training, we maintain a clear and simple refund policy:

• You may request a full refund within the first 3 days after your cohort begins,
• AND only if you have completed Module 1 and feel the Program is not a fit.

To request a refund, you must:

1. Email pathevolutionnetwork@gmail.com with the subject line "Ignite Refund Request," and
2. Submit your request within 3 calendar days of your cohort start date.

If approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method. Processing times may vary based on your bank or payment provider.

4.2 No Refunds After the Refund Window

After the 3-day window has passed, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued, in full or in part, including for:

• Non-attendance
• Change of mind
• Schedule conflicts
• Failure to use or complete the Program

4.3 Cancellation by Company

We reserve the right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule the Program or any session:

• If we cancel an entire cohort before it begins, you will receive a full refund of any fees paid for that cohort.
• If we reschedule, we will provide reasonable notice and alternative dates or recordings.

We may, at our discretion, remove or refuse service to any Participant who violates these Terms or behaves in a way that is disruptive, disrespectful, or harmful to others. In such cases, no refund is guaranteed.

5. No Guarantees

The Program is educational and supportive in nature. While we share strategies and tools that have worked for us and past mentees, we do not guarantee:

• That you will secure a job, offer, or promotion
• Any particular income or compensation level
• Any specific result within a particular timeframe

Your results depend on many factors outside our control, including your experience, effort, follow-through, market conditions, and interview performance.

Any testimonials or success stories shared are examples only and do not represent a guarantee of similar outcomes.

6. Intellectual Property

All Program content is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. This includes, without limitation:

• Videos, audio, slides, worksheets, and written materials
• Frameworks, exercises, templates, and processes
• Live session recordings and replays

You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the materials solely for your own personal education and job search.

You may not:

• Share, sell, distribute, publish, or give access to the Program materials to anyone else
• Reproduce or adapt the materials to create your own course or service
• Record or redistribute live calls without our express written permission

7. Community Guidelines

If the Program includes a private community, you agree to:

• Treat all members with respect, kindness, and confidentiality
• Not share screenshots, posts, or details from the community outside of it without explicit permission
• Not engage in harassment, hate speech, spam, or self-promotion unrelated to the Program

We may remove any posts or remove you from the community at our discretion if these guidelines are violated.

8. Confidentiality & Privacy

We respect your privacy and handle your information according to our Privacy Policy.

• You are responsible for what you choose to share during coaching calls and inside the community.
• We may reference generalized, anonymized learnings in our teaching and marketing, without identifying you personally.
• We will not share your personal details or specific job search information without your consent, except as required by law.

9. Disclaimers

• The Program does not provide legal, financial, tax, or mental health advice.
• Nothing in the Program should be construed as a guarantee of employment or income.
• You are solely responsible for your own decisions and actions related to your career, applications, and negotiations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost income, lost opportunities, or emotional distress.
• Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Program will not exceed the amount you paid for your enrollment in the Program.

11. Changes to the Program or Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top.

• If you are actively enrolled, material changes will be communicated via email or inside the Program portal.
• Continued access or participation after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Program shall be resolved in the courts of Florida, unless otherwise required by local law.
